The AI hub that runs your business.
The AI sells end to end on the store's WhatsApp: it welcomes the customer, answers questions, shows the product with the photo and price from your catalog, handles objections, builds the order and sends the payment link. The customer pays, the AI confirms and tells the team to deliver, and the money lands in the store's account. All within the store's rules, bringing in a person when needed.
Start free. Nexor only earns when you sell. Monthly, no lock-in.
- Same WhatsApp number
- Start small, turn it on when ready
- Money and decisions stay with the owner
One central intelligence. Agents across the business. The AI executes, a person keeps deciding.
- Never makes up a price or stock and never promises credit approval
- Records consent and stops the moment the customer asks
- Never asks for an SSN, bank account, password or ID over chat
The problem
Where sales slip away today
Leads go cold
The message arrives after hours or mid-conversation, and the reply goes out after the customer has already talked to another store.
The team repeats questions
Whoever picks up the conversation doesn't know what was already said, and the customer starts over.
The owner misses the exceptions
A hot lead left waiting, a promise nobody owns, a visit never confirmed: they surface late, if at all.
How it works
From your store profile to money in the account.
The AI sells end to end on its own, always within the store's rules, and brings in a person when needed. No technician and nothing to install: the store starts in review mode, and nothing reaches the customer until you turn it on.
01 · Store profile
You tell us what you sell, prices, hours and rules, and add your catalog by form or spreadsheet.
02 · WhatsApp
Connect the store's WhatsApp from the dashboard itself, following the steps on screen.
03 · The AI answers and sells
Welcomes the customer, answers questions, shows the product with the photo and price from your catalog and handles objections, within the store's rules.
04 · Payment link
The AI builds the order and sends a link to pay by Pix or card. When a case needs a person, it brings in the team, who can also charge with the Charge button.
05 · Payment confirmed
The AI confirms the payment to the customer and tells the team to deliver. The sale shows up at the Counter and the money lands in the store's account.
06 · You follow along
The Assistant prepares the daily summary in the dashboard, flags what needs your decision and answers your questions over WhatsApp.
Get paid on WhatsApp
The customer pays in the chat. The money lands in the store's account.
With Nexor Pay, a sale that starts on WhatsApp ends paid, with no card machine and no checking receipts.
Link from the AI
The AI builds the order with items from your catalog and sends a link to pay by Pix or card.
Or with the Charge button
In the conversation, anyone on the team picks the items and sends the link in one tap.
Automatic confirmation
The customer pays on a secure page. The sale is confirmed on its own and shows up at the Counter.
Money in the store's account
The amount goes to the store's own account and can go to your Pix key every day, without you asking.
Available for stores in Brazil. You turn on Nexor Pay from the dashboard and fill in the details once.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before you sign up
Getting started
Do I need to know about technology?
No. You fill in the store profile, add your catalog by form or spreadsheet and connect WhatsApp by following the steps on screen. Nothing to install and no technician to call.
How do I get started?
You sign up on the website and confirm by email. In the dashboard, you fill in the store profile (what you sell, hours and rules), add your catalog and connect WhatsApp. The AI starts in review mode, and you turn it on when you feel confident.
How do I connect the store's WhatsApp?
From the dashboard, following the steps on screen: you scan a QR Code with the store's WhatsApp Business app, like WhatsApp Web, or use the official connection, done in a Meta window with the Facebook account of whoever manages the business. The dashboard shows the option available for your store.
The AI day to day
Does the AI reply on its own from day one?
No. Every store starts in review mode: the AI writes the reply, your team checks it in the dashboard and nothing reaches the customer. When you feel confident, you turn on automatic replies, and you can switch back whenever you want.
When does the AI bring in a person?
When the customer asks for a person, when it is the store's decision, such as a discount, a hold or credit, and when the information is not on file. Instead of making something up, it tells the customer someone will reply and creates a task for the team in the dashboard.
Does the agent pretend to be a person?
No. It talks naturally, without announcing itself as a bot, but it never claims to be human or poses as anyone on the team. If the customer asks for a person, it brings in the team right away.
Money
How does my customer pay?
Right on WhatsApp. The AI builds the order and sends a link; the customer opens it, pays by Pix or card on a secure page, and the sale is confirmed on its own. Your team can also charge with the Charge button in the conversation. Available for stores in Brazil.
Where does the money go?
To the store's own account, opened when you turn on Nexor Pay and send the documents the partner bank asks for. You withdraw to your Pix key whenever you want, or set an automatic daily withdrawal.
Security and account
What happens to my customers' data?
It is kept separate per store: one store never sees another's data. The AI never asks for a password, bank account or ID over chat, and anyone who asks to stop receiving messages is honored immediately.
Which systems does Nexor integrate with?
WhatsApp, the catalog by manual entry, spreadsheet or a feed from the store's system, a connected calendar and Nexor Pay, to get paid over WhatsApp. The store turns each one on itself, in the dashboard, and everything is recorded.
Does Nexor replace my CRM or my ERP?
Yes: service, sales pipeline, catalog and team in the same place where the AI serves customers, plus the ERP with sales, finance, purchasing and inventory.
How do I cancel?
From the dashboard itself, under Billing, without talking to anyone. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you can download all of the store's data from the dashboard whenever you want.
