AI Operating System for dealerships

Turn every conversation into the right next step.

Nexor OS trains an SDR, a Closer, and an Executive Assistant around your dealership's real rules.

For vehicle dealerships in the United States. In the MVP: WhatsApp, Spanish, English and Portuguese, three agents and a training panel.

Nexor OS The problem

Where sales slip away today

  • Leads go cold

The message arrives after hours or mid-conversation, and the reply goes out after the customer has already talked to another store.

  • The team repeats questions

Whoever picks up the conversation doesn't know what was already said, and the customer starts over.

  • The owner misses the exceptions

A hot lead left waiting, a promise nobody owns, a visit never confirmed: they surface late, if at all.

Nexor turns every conversation into a next step — on the dealership's rules, with a human in control.

Nexor OS How it works

One context. Three agents. One next step.

Each agent does its part and hands the context forward — the customer never notices the switch.

  1. 01 · Lead

The conversation comes in through WhatsApp or the web form, with consent recorded.

  2. 02 · SDR

Welcomes the customer, learns what they're looking for and qualifies without an interrogation.

  3. Nexor Coreshared context
  4. 03 · Closer

Handles objections with verified facts and agrees on a next step: a visit, a call, or a conversation with the team.

  5. 04 · Assistant and owner

The Assistant prepares the owner's daily brief and the alerts that need a decision, each item with its source.

  • Shared context

The Closer gets what the SDR learned; the customer never repeats themselves.

  • Trainable

Each dealership's voice, rules and examples.

  • Isolated per dealership

One store's data never shows up in another's.

  • Governed

Roles, an audit trail and rollback.

Nexor OS Agents

Three agents, with clear limits.

Each agent has its own mission, tools and limits — and they all share the same authorized context.

  • SDR

    First response and qualification.

Learns the goal, timeline, payment and trade-in, and hands off to the Closer when the customer is ready.

LimitNever states a price or inventory without a verified source.

  • Closer

    Objections and next step.

Presents verified options, offers time slots from the dealership's calendar, when connected, and prepares the proposal for the team.

LimitNever promises a discount, a hold, credit approval or a trade-in value.

  • Executive Assistant

    The owner's day.

A daily brief, alerts with deadlines, and the owner's questions answered with the source of every figure.

LimitNever talks to customers — only to the team.

Three agents in the MVP. The platform's other agents come after the pilot.

Training Studio

Every dealership trains its own Nexor.

No giant prompt to edit. Training happens field by field, and every change becomes a version with a diff, an evaluation and a rollback.

  • Identity

    Store name, addresses and hours.

  • Voice

Formality, brevity, preferred and forbidden words.

  • Commercial policy

What the agent may say about discounts, holds, trade-ins and financing — and what always stays with a human.

  • Knowledge

Reviewed sources, with an expiry date, that the agent can cite.

  • Examples

Good and bad replies, per language. The evaluation blocks any example that would teach the mistake.

Nexor OS Trust

The AI executes. Humans keep deciding.

Faster service, with clear limits on price, credit, holds and exceptions.

Agent

  • Answers only from verified, current sources
  • Records consent and stops the moment the customer asks
  • Never asks for an SSN, bank account, password or ID over chat
  • Hands the conversation forward with full context
  • Escalates when the conversation needs a person

Human

  • Decides discounts, holds and credit
  • Takes over any conversation — and the AI pauses
  • Publishes the training and rolls it back
  • Sets the dealership's autonomy level
  • Audits every decision in the trail

Nexor OS FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which systems does Nexor integrate with?

In the pilot, the dealership's WhatsApp. Inventory and calendar come in as verified sources; other integrations are scoped with each dealership during the assessment.

Does the agent pretend to be a person?

No. It talks naturally, without announcing itself as a bot, but it never claims to be human or poses as anyone on the team. If the customer asks for a person, it brings in the team right away.

What happens to customer data?

It stays isolated per dealership. Chat never collects sensitive data, and a request to stop receiving messages is honored immediately.

Does the AI act on its own?

Only at the autonomy level the dealership chooses, starting with shadow mode. Discounts, holds and credit approval always stay with a human.

How long does it take to start?

The pilot is designed for 2 to 4 weeks. The start date depends on an approved WhatsApp channel and the dealership's rules.
